Discover our coaching

Every person carries their own story, patterns, and goals and that is why my coaching is shaped around you and your needs.

We always begin with an online conversation, a so-called Clarity Call.
A first meeting where you gain clarity about your situation, what is truly holding you back, and whether this is the right step for you right now.
The meeting is without charge and if it feels right, I will guide you into the approach that creates real change.
Sometimes a single clear session is enough, but often a process with several sessions is needed to create lasting change.

The coaching takes place online or in person when possible and what suits you best.
Focus is on your goals and the shift you need to move forward.

I’m an ICF-certified coach and i also offer Group Coaching and Inspirational Lectures, customized to motivate and guide groups towards success.
