Autumn in Torremolinos

A time for reflection and renewed energy 🍂

Autumn here in Torremolinos, Malaga, is special. It still feels like summer, sea is inviting and the sun is strong, yet the air is fresher, the waves bigger and the nights cooler. The feeling of autumn is arriving, and I love lighting a few candles, curling up on the sofa with a hot chocolate, watching a movie, playing games with the family, and enjoying cozy moments.
In autumn I also always feel the urge to sort cupboards and wardrobes! To declutter, discard, and make room for new things. Just like nature does. The same can be applied to lif, let go of the old, plan for the new, and recharge.

I am a planner at heart. I love making lists and reflecting, but lists mean little if they are not followed, and reflections easily become overthinking without action. Taking action is the key to moving forward!
That’s why I break bigger goals down into smaller, manageable lists. For example, “What I’ll do today”.
If I manage to do more, it’s a bonus and I love adding it to my list so I can check off one more thing. I know it sounds silly but it’s a reward system my brain really enjoys!

I know that for many, autumn can feel heavy – days get shorter, energy drops, and darkness sets in earlier. For those who recognize this, planning and small actions can make a huge difference. In my monthly Boost, a free email newsletter, you’ll receive a September checklist with tips on how to make autumn brighter and lighter. Sign up and I’ll send it to you!

If you find it difficult to navigate autumn on your own, I’m here. My coaching can help you transform autumn fatigue into inner energy and anticipation. Send me an email and I’ll tell you more!

P.S.
I’m not an expert on the things that feels heavy in your life, but I am an expert in helping you create a life full of possibilities and hope.

With love and support
