From a flat tire to full speed ahead
Life can feel like a flat tire.
It’s possible to drive,
but the ride is bumpy and uncomfortable.
In my work, I speak with clients about many different areas of life they wish to change. It can be anything from wanting to change careers, feel better in their body, create a more meaningful free time, or find greater balance in everyday life.
Even though these wishes are often specific, everything in life is connected. When one part feels off, it affects the whole. It is like driving a car with a flat tire on one wheel while the rest of the car still works. You can keep driving, but it puts strain on other parts and the journey becomes heavier and far less smooth.
On the page about The Naranja Method, you can read more about the foundation of my coaching. I work with the whole person, the complete picture, both the outer life and the inner world. It may sound big or even heavy, but in practice coaching is about possibilities, direction, and moving forward.
If we return to the image of the flat tire, my clients often begin by sharing what has happened in their lives. Then the focus shifts to the future. How can the flat tire be repaired. Does the tire need to be replaced completely. What is needed to make the journey stable again.
When we begin to focus on how we want to move forward and what possibilities actually exist right now, what has happened can begin to fade, heal, and sometimes transform into something new.
That is how coaching works. From a flat tire to full speed ahead in the direction you have been longing for.
With love
